  DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY/TIME. My experience with Dino's pizza was terrible. Why have I kept going? Because they are the only place that delivers to my area. For the past year, every time Vicotria (or so she says) answers the phone our order comes in wrong. EVERY TIME. I ask for cheese steak, I get cheese sticks. I ask for extra sauce, I get no extra sauce. We ask for a cold sandwich, we get hot. It happens so often that we cannot be the only ones with this problem. The ONLY way they will send someone back with a correct order is if you tell them you will come up to the store and speak to the manager. Checkout their facebook page and read all of the negative reviews. There is so many they won't even let you comment on them. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY/TIME. This has happened on over TEN different occasions (no exaggeration)! When I asked to speak to her manager she declined, but apparently his name is Greg Ray. She at one point told my wife "I don't know why you're a customer if we always mess up your order". NO, how about you are advertising to provide a service so you can at least attempt to provide those services if your customer care is gonna suck! I feel sorry for the drivers because they are the ones who have to come back out here and fix all of these orders. The last time I talked to one of the managers, he started cussing at me and then later apologized and paid my bill. We are done ordering out of convenience and lack of other options. This place is trash and is obviously satisfied with giving garbage customer service. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY/TIME.

  I used to think this place was ok.... The food is good most of the time, but the customer Service sucks. They play on the phone, hang up on customers, and laugh when they get your order wrong. I also used to be a loyal customer.... I am telling all of my friends that order from this place about my BAD customer service Experience ! I had to actually go down there to get a refund, because a so-called female manager told me that she wasn't going to send any one back out to correct my order.Then when I got there, the one little girl had no idea how much God changed me, because if this was 5 yrs ago.....
